 The Porter-Cable 691 is a 1-3/4 HP D-Handle Router. Although the Porter-Cable 691 comes with a D-handle base, the motor is interchangeable with Porter-Cables plunge base or two-handle fixed base. Both matching bases are available separately for much less than the cost of a new router and switching bases for different applications is a quick and easy operation.

 For those who want a bit more time between wheel changes and have a bit more room to work, the 6141 5 inch 5.5 amp grinder offers solutions to limited space grinding. Its low profile and light weight make it perfect for those lighter duty sanding and grinding projects.
